Order Processing Time

In-stock saddles typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom or made-to-order saddles require production time before shipment. Estimated build times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Demo saddles ship within 2–3 business days, subject to availability.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS. Carrier selection depends on the size, weight, and destination of the item.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

Signature Requirement
High-value items such as saddles may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
