If you are not fully satisfied with the purchase of a new Specialized Saddle you can return it in new condition within 10 days for a full refund less your original shipping charge. You are responsible for return freight and insurance. It is also required of you to contact our office (915-345-4130) for an RMA number PRIOR to return. Please have your order number when you call. Saddles returned without our RMA number will be refused and will not receive refund. Your full purchase price will be refunded within 30 days after receipt of saddle.
Conditions that Void 10 day return policy:
- Saddles/accessories ordered with non standard custom options not available on the order form.
- Upgrade to three quarter or full tooling on saddles or accessories.
- Any saddle order outside of the United States or Canada.
- Any seat size 18″ or larger
- Any seat size 14″or smaller
- Upgraded seat color. (any seat color other than black smooth/suede, chocolate smooth/suede, cognac smooth/suede, tan, dogwood suede or tobacco suede)
