About Us
At Specialized Saddles, our mission has always been clear: to eliminate sore backs caused by poor saddle fit and to bring unmatched comfort to both horse and rider.
That mission has been validated on the world stage: in 2011, the 100-mile endurance time world record of 6 hours 11 minutes was set by a rider using a Specialized Eurolight saddle. This achievement highlights the performance and innovation behind every saddle we build.
Founded by lifelong horse people David Kaden and Tracy Webb-Kaden, Specialized Saddles was born from necessity. Traditional saddles left gaps in fit, comfort, and performance, so David and Tracy set out to create something better. Their patented 3-D Adjustable Fit System revolutionized the industry by allowing one saddle to be customized to multiple horses—delivering true close contact, lightweight performance, and superior fit.
Today, Specialized Saddles are used worldwide across endurance, trail, dressage, mounted shooting, and more—proving every day that comfort equals performance.
Meet Tracy Webb-Kaden – Owner

Tracy is a lifetime horsewoman whose family was deeply involved with horses long before she could ride. Her parents, Hank and Cris Webb, bred and showed Arabians, and by 1961 Tracy was already immersed in the horse world. Over the years, her family expanded into flat track racing, AQHA and Arabian showing, competitive trail, and endurance riding.
After a successful career in the fashion industry, Tracy re-entered the horse world in 1996 by purchasing her first Arabian endurance horse, Flight Leader. That gray gelding carried her to her first Tevis Cup buckle in 1998, and just three years later, the pair represented the Central Zone Team at the 2001 Pan American Endurance Championships, earning an FEI Silver Medal.
Tracy has since:
