Return Policy & Warranty

Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Condition Required: Items must be unused and in new condition—no scuffs, dirt, scratches, or horse hair.
RMA Required: You must contact our office at (915) 345‑4130 to obtain an RMA number. Items returned without this number will be refused and ineligible for a refund.
Custom Accessories: These are non-returnable and not eligible for refund.

Return Window: Saddles may be returned within 10 days of receipt, in new condition. For complete details—including terms you agreed to at checkout—please see our Terms of Purchase.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds (minus shipping costs) are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned saddle.
Non-Returnable Exceptions:
- Saddles made with custom options not listed on the order form.
- Saddles with upgraded seat colors (outside our standard options).
- Seat sizes smaller than 15″ or larger than 17″.
- Saddles with full, or ¾ tooling.

Original shipping charges from the initial order are non-refundable.
Return shipping is your responsibility and is also non-refundable.
To help you save, we’re happy to provide a discounted return shipping label when you request your RMA number—because we pass our discounted shipping rates on to you.

Coverage: 90‑day warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the invoice date.
Remedy: At our discretion, we will repair or replace the item during the limited warranty period.

Coverage: 1‑year warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the invoice date.
Saddle Trees: Covered by a 5‑year limited warranty.
Remedy: At our discretion, we will repair or replace the saddle tree during the limited warranty period.
